From Dull to Radiant: A Review Of The CACI Synergy Flex Facial
A little over a year and a half ago, Charlotte (our dear founder) discovered the CACI Non-Surgical Facial, a treatment loved by J.Lo herself. Since then, CACI has continued to develop its sophisticated technology further, by launching a new version of its Synergy Flex System, incorporating several technological advancements. I had the opportunity to try it out, and here are my honest thoughts.
Before starting, it’s essential I tell you about the condition of my skin before the treatment. The previous week, I had been sick, and as always in those moments, my skin suffered: dehydrated, dull… in short, far from being in its best shape. Needless to say, I was eagerly looking forward to this facial to give it the well-needed boost!
I arrived at the Lisa Franklin Clinic, which is absolutely stunning, and was greeted with a delicious rose tea. Then, Anna, one of the clinic’s skin specialists, took great care of me.
The facial is done in three stages and incorporates three types of different microcurrent channels.
The first step is dedicated to lifting the skin. Done with the CACI Quad Probes, this technique combines microcurrents and LED light therapy to tone and firm the facial muscles. The result: a more defined jawline and visibly firmer skin. Having seen videos of this step on Instagram, I must admit I was a bit worried because the Quad Probes seemed to pinch the skin. Verdict: no pain, and even a rather pleasant sensation!
The second step focuses on contouring, thanks to the Microcurrent Gua Sha. As the name suggests, this is a technological version of the traditional Gua Sha, combined with the power of microcurrents. This technique promotes lymphatic drainage, stimulates blood circulation, and reduces puffiness for a more sculpted and refreshed face.
Finally, the last step gives the skin a real boost — and it’s by far my favourite. The Micro Current Energising Mask – this step features a sheet mask printed with a conductive silver electronic circuit. Once connected to the CACI Synergy Flex machine, this mask works like magic: it promotes tissue repair, stimulates collagen and elastin production, and plumps the skin for an immediate radiant effect.
As soon as the facial was over, the results were evident: my facial structure looked more defined and lifted, and my skin, which had been damaged by my recent illness, had a much brighter glow. I had finally regained a healthy complexion. What impressed me the most was how long the results lasted: a few days later, a friend complimented my skin, and even more than a week after the treatment, my mom noticed how glowing my complexion was. I had never received so many compliments after a facial!
To maximize the results, it’s recommended to have two Synergy Flex Facials per week for 10 weeks, then maintain the effects with a monthly treatment. As Anna explained to me, it’s a bit like working out the facial muscles: to keep the benefits, you need to maintain them regularly.
