Both devices offer compelling features and functionalities, but they cater to different audiences and preferences. My personal thoughts

On the other hand, if you prioritize wearability, in-depth performance tracking, and extended battery life, the Whoop Band may be the better fit for you. Both devices excel in their respective areas, and your decision should align with your specific health and fitness goals. Ultimately, whichever device you choose, you’re taking a step toward a healthier, more informed lifestyle. However, for me the Whoop band is coming out on top due to its battery life, the ability to gently wake me up with the wrist vibrations, the lack of distractions from a screen and the depth of insight that it provides.
